  Great service that likely saved us from a nasty breakdown or accident. We were filling up with gas across the street and Rod from this Texaco was walking by and mentioned that the tires on our trailer looked low and he would fill them up and check them for free. So we drove over and he started filling them up and noticed large, deep cracks in all the tires. Come to find out the tires were 14 years old! We just bought the trailer and had no idea. Looks like they could have blown out at any time! Not a good thing to happen to a 30 ft 5th wheel trailer driving down the interstate! Rod got 4 new tires on the trailer and updated our spare (that was 21 years old!). He even balanced the trailer tires, which most places don't do. Excellent service! Thank you, Rod!

  I had an incident with a tire last year on I-15 just before Fillmore I was lucky it was there and not just a little further down the road it sounds like. The guys at the Texaco in Fillmore off exit 163 are AWESOME. The front of my motor-home started shaking real bad while driving to Grandpa's turned out the front tire had started bulging on the tread. I pulled off the exit and the bay doors were closed, I had my 2 daughters and granddaughter with me so I was really stressed, being short on funds didn't help either. The Cashier in the store phoned the shop and they came back and opened to help us. Ron found a good used tire that worked great. I did have to get new tires last year to pass inspection and guess where I went, yep back to the Texaco in Fillmore. I was given a very fair deal on the tires and even had them replace the tires on my daughters car when we needed those. I now stop at that Texaco for gas when ever I travel I-15, never have had an issue with the gas there. They guys in the shop always come over to see if I need any help. They are not a full service shop but they are always helpful to check the fluids and make sure all the tires have the right pressure. So if your ever in the area an need help there is a good place to go, tell them the crazy lady in the motor-home sent you LOL

  Soda machine had teribal mixtures on all diet soda. The bathrooms were semi clean glad to be a man... place was functional at best.

  I had the men at the work bay check my tire, since it looked low to me. They were awesome! Don found a nail in my tire, fixed the hole with a plug and charged a very reasonable price for it. He was friendly, respectful and did not try to up-sell or scare me into buying unnecessary stuff. I really appreciate this service and I'll stop there again. A refreshing change from the wretched shysters in Beaver, Utah. Go Fillmore! You'll get my I-15 business anytime.
